A. "Civil Traffic laws" are those laws adopted by ordinance or regulation relating to movement and control of traffic, including the parking, standing or stopping of a vehicle, which provides for imposition of civil sanctions upon violation of such ordinance or regulation. Violation of any civil traffic ordinance or regulation in this Title shall constitute a civil traffic violation unless an ordinance or regulation otherwise prescribes.
B. In addition to any other penalty assessment provided in this title, the court shall levy the penalty assessment as required by A.R.S. §§ 12-116.01 and 12-116.02.
C. Each day any violation of this Title continues shall constitute a separate offense.
