A. It is unlawful for any person to consume or have in his possession any malt beverage or broken package of such malt beverage in any public park or recreational area located within the area enclosed by a radius of one thousand feet of the Casa Grande Union High School, except on Saturdays, Sundays and those holidays enumerated in A.R.S. 1-301 as amended.
B. Violation of the provisions of subsection A of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor to be punishable by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or both.
