9.04.010 False reports unlawful.
   It is unlawful for any person wilfully to make to the police department of the city any false, fraudulent, misleading or unfounded report or statement, or wilfully to misrepresent any fact for the purpose of interfering with the operation of the police department or with the intention of misleading any police officer.
