Any owner, lienholder, or other person with a property interest may appeal any notice to abate, emergency abatement action or abatement assessment, other than actions or assessments ordered by a court, in accordance with the provisions and procedures of Title 17, Zoning, Chapter 17.68, Administrative Procedures, Article VI, Procedures for Appeals to the Board of Adjustment.
