A. Any person or enterprise who is found by the court to be in violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed responsible for a civil violation, unless otherwise designated in this Chapter.
B. Upon the Court finding a non-enterprise person responsible for a civil violation of this Chapter, the court shall impose a fine in an amount not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00 for each violation.
C. Upon the Court finding an enterprise responsible for a civil violation of this Chapter, the Court shall impose a fine in an amount of not less than $250.00 nor more than $1000.00 for each violation.
