8.12.240 Alternative enforcement measures.
   Nothing in this Chapter shall preclude City employees from seeking voluntary compliance with the provisions of this Title/Chapter or from enforcing this Title/Chapter through notices of violation, warnings, or other informal devices designed to achieve compliance in the most efficient and effective manner under the circumstances.
