8.12.190 Disabled vehicles on public right-of-way unlawful.
   A.   It is unlawful for the owner or any person having control of a motor vehicle which is inoperable or disabled to allow the motor vehicle to remain parked or located upon the paved or unpaved portion of any street or alley within the City for a period of time in excess of seventy-two hours.
   B.   In the event that the owner or person having control of the vehicle cannot be readily located, then the City may cause the vehicle to be removed from the public right-of-way pursuant to the A.R.S. 28-4801 et seq.
