That certain code entitled “Pinal County Sanitary Code” published by the Pinal County Health Department is hereby adopted as the “Sanitary Code of the City of Casa Grande” and made a part of this chapter the same as though the code was specifically set forth in full herein; and at least three copies of the code shall be filed in the office of the clerk and kept available for public use and inspection.
