The franchise fee Arizona Public Service pays to the City pursuant to the franchise agreement adopted by Casa Grande Ordinance 3104 shall be distributed as set forth below under the direction of the Casa Grande City Council for aesthetic revitalization projects, economic development projects, and a portion of the fee will be deposited in the General Fund and not dedicated to specific projects.
