5.24.050 Procedure for amendment.
   Section 5.24.120 of the city code as enacted in the adult entertainment ordinance adopted by reference in this chapter may be amended only after compliance with the legal procedures required to amend zoning regulations. Other sections of said ordinance or of the city code established under this chapter may be amended directly by vote of the city council.
