5.24.040 Strict liability and liability for the conduct of others.
   A.   The offenses and violations described in this chapter are strict liability offenses and violations requiring no proof of culpable mental state.
   B.   A licensee of a sexually oriented business is jointly and individually liable for violations of and offenses under this chapter by the employees of the sexually oriented business, and for all civil and criminal sanctions or remedies for such violations and offenses, including but not limited to license suspension or revocation, prescribed herein.
