5.24.020 Criminal penalty.
   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or of the city code as amended by this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed six months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
