5.20.140 Conformance requirements.
   Any person who has applied for a license under the provisions of this chapter within the six months immediately preceding the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be issued a temporary permit or license and shall have three months from the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter to conform to the provisions hereof.
