Massages may be administered in the home of the patron by any massage therapist having a license issued in accordance with the terms of this chapter provided massages are prescribed in writing by a physician duly licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona and the physician certifies that the patron is unable for medical reasons to obtain such in a massage establishment.
