Upon the sale or transfer of any interest in a massage establishment, the license therefor shall forthwith become null and void. A new application shall be made by any person, association, firm or corporation desiring to own or operate the establishment. The provisions of Section 5.20.050 shall apply to any person, association, firm or corporation applying for a massage establishment license for the premises previously used as such establishment.
