5.20.080 Denial of license.
   A.   No massage establishment license or massage therapist license shall be issued or renewed if the applicant has been convicted within the last five years of any felony or other offense involving moral turpitude, if the applicant is addicted to dangerous or narcotic drugs, or makes excessive use of alcohol, or if the application was deliberately falsified.
   B.   The city clerk may refuse to issue or renew a massage establishment license or massage therapist license if the applicant has been convicted of any offense involving prostitution, of any offense involving indecent exposure or pornography, of any offense involving abortion, child molesting, lewd and lascivious acts, as enumerated in this code and as defined in the Arizona Revised Statutes, sodomy or forcible rape, or of any felony offense involving dangerous or narcotic drugs.
