A. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a mobile food unit or act as a mobile food vendor without having first obtained a valid license from the State of Arizona Department of Health Services pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-1761.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a mobile food unit or act as a mobile food vendor without having first obtained a valid business tax receipt from the City pursuant to Casa Grande Municipal Code Chapter 5.04. In addition to any other requirements of the Casa Grande Municipal Code, before any person can receive a valid business tax receipt to operate a mobile food unit, they must provide the City's Finance Department all of the following:
i) State of Arizona TPT license;
ii) State mobile food truck license required by subsection (A) above;
iii) Valid Pinal County Health approval to operate mobile food unit; and
iv) Valid Fire Inspection conducted within the preceding twelve (12) months.
C. Each mobile food unit shall have its own business tax receipt issued pursuant to Chapter 5.04. (Ord. 1397.05.05 § 2 (part), 2023)
