5.16.010 Purpose.
   This chapter is adopted to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the community of the City by enacting reasonable regulations for mobile food vendors, their employees, agents, lessees or independent contractors, by requiring compliance with minimum standards for safety and security. (Ord. 1397.05.05 § 2 (part), 2023)
