The license issued to the individual or corporate licensees hereunder shall be posted in a conspicuous place if the licenses are using a vehicle or building. The clerk shall issue an identification card to each individual licensee having upon it the pertinent information contained in the license. Agents and representatives of corporate and firm applicants shall be issued similar identification cards. All the cards shall be shown upon request.
