A. Maintenance responsibility. It shall be the responsibility of the owner of the property to maintain the following features in a manner that complies with this code and/or in compliance with the approved Major/Minor Site Plan for the development: the parking space, accessways, striping, landscaping and required fencing and buffering.
B. Off-site parking maintenance responsibility. All off-site and/or shared parking shall be subject to legal agreements which clearly identify the parties which are responsible for maintaining the parking space, accessways, striping, landscaping and required fencing and buffering in compliance with this code.
