A. Parking screening. All parking areas abutting residentially zoned, or used, property shall be subject to the following screening requirements:
1. Parking areas shall be screened from the view of the abutting residentially zoned, or used, property, using a decorative wall, view-obscuring fence, or another material approved by the Director.
2. Said screening wall or fence shall be no less than 5 feet, nor more than 6 feet, in height unless an alternative height has been found to be appropriate and approved by the Director.
