A. Parking structures and garage spaces. Off-street parking requirements may be met with parking spaces located in a garage structure or on a surface parking area. Garages used to meet minimum parking space requirements shall not be converted into space which can no longer provide parking until adequate provisions are made to comply with the parking requirements found in this Chapter.
B. Tandem parking spaces allowed. Tandem parking spaces, defined as one vehicle being parked fully behind another vehicle prohibiting free ingress and egress of the vehicle may be counted to meet requirements of this Chapter.
