All canvassers, solicitors and peddlers as defined in this chapter, must comply with all provisions of this chapter. All transient merchants, itinerant merchants or itinerant vendors must comply with all provisions of this chapter except for subsections 5.12.050(G), (H), and (I) and 5.12.060(F)(1), (2), and (3). This would exempt these specific businesses from having to provide fingerprints, photographs and character statements in obtaining a peddlers license.
