18.16.200 Civil and criminal penalties.
   In addition to or as an alternative to any penalty provided herein or by law, any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class I misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars for each violation, and/or by imprisonment for up to six months. Such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each day during which the violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 1397.18, § 1 (part), 2019; Res. 5199 (part), 2019)
