Any person that has violated or continues to violate this chapter shall be liable to criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, and shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars for each violation and/or by imprisonment for up to six months.
