18.08.180 Compensatory action.
   In lieu of enforcement proceedings, penalties and remedies authorized by this chapter, the public works director, or his or her designee, may impose upon a violator alternative compensatory actions, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, wash cleanup, etc. (Ord. 1397.18, § 1 (part), 2019)
