18.08.080 Industrial or construction activity discharges.
   Any person subject to an industrial or construction activity AZPDES stormwater discharge permit shall comply with all of its provisions. Proof of compliance with the permit may be required in a form acceptable to the public works director, or his or her designee, prior to the allowing of discharges to the MS4.
