18.04.470 Stormwater treatment practices (STPs).
   “Stormwater treatment practices (STPs)” mean measures, either structural or nonstructural, that are determined to be the most effective, practical means of preventing or reducing point source or nonpoint source pollution inputs to stormwater runoff and water bodies. (Ord. 1397.18, § 1 (part), 2019)
