18.04.440 Stormwater management.
   “Stormwater management” means the use of structural or non-structural practices designed to reduce stormwater runoff pollutant loads, discharge volumes, peak flow discharge rates and detrimental changes in stream temperature that affect water quality and habitat. (Ord. 1397.18, § 1 (part), 2019)
