5.04.160 Penalties.

Any person, firm, company or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a petty offense and, if no other punishment is provided, shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
