15.40.640 Duty to maintain and obtain information.

   The floodplain administrator shall obtain and maintain for public inspection and make available as needed:

   A.   The certified elevation required in subsection 15.40.750.A for residential, and in Section 15.40.760 for manufactured homes;

   B.   The certification required in subsection 15.40.740.C for nonresidential construction;

   C.    The flood vent certification required in subsection 15.40.750.C;

   D.    The certified elevation required for subdivisions in Section 15.40.860;

   E.   The floodway encroachment certification required in Section 15.40.820;

   F.   Maintain a record of all variance actions, including justification for their issuance, and report such variances issued in its biennial report submitted to the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and

   G.   Obtain and maintain improvement calculations required by this chapter.
