15.40.490 Special flood hazard area.
   “Special flood hazard area (SFHA)” means an area in the floodplain subject to a one percent or greater chance of flooding in any given year. It is shown on a flood boundary and floodway map or flood insurance rate map as Zone A, AO or AE.
