A perfected appeal application shall be submitted for any appeal within thirty days of the decision being appealed. Appeals filed beyond this thirty-day date shall not be accepted. The appeal application shall contain information as may be required for the board to make a proper decision on the matter. The planning director shall transmit to the board of adjustment the complete record of the action for which the appeal is made.
