2.30.020 Terms of office.

The term of office for the regular members of the board shall be for three years, except that the first member of the board as appointed by the mayor shall include three members appointed for a term to expire in 2023, two members for a term to expire in 2024, and two members for a term to expire in 2025. Upon expiration of the initial terms and thereafter, their successors shall serve a full three year term.
