9.22.030   Sale of fireworks.
   A.    No person shall sell, or permit or authorize the sale of, any fireworks to a person who is under sixteen years of age.
   B.   No person shall sell, or permit or authorize the sale of, permissible consumer fireworks in conflict with state law.
   C.    The sale of fireworks within the City is prohibited consumer fireworks is permitted on the following dates:
      1.    May 20th throught July 6th; and
      2.    Decemeber 10th through January 3rd. (Ord. 139709.07 § 9. 2023: Ord. 1397.09.06 § 2 (part), 2010)
