3.04.090 Construction projects.
   A.   Provided the cost of the project exceeds the statutorily established amount, the procurement of both horizontal and vertical construction projects shall be governed by state law. The purchasing officer shall consult the Arizona Revised Statutes when procuring goods and services related to construction.
   B.   When the cost of a construction project falls below the statutorily established amount, the project shall be procured pursuant to the provisions of this code.
