3.04.030 Council approval; when required.

   Council approval for purchases shall be required in the following circumstances:

   A.   When prior approval is required by this code;

   B.   When the purchase of an item costing greater than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) but less than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is not provided in the budget as adopted; and

   C.   For the expenditure of funds in an amount in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
