2.36.070 Meetings—Quorum—Records.
   A majority of the members of the committee shall constitute a quorum at any meeting unless a greater or lesser quorum is approved by city council. Each committee shall cause minutes to be kept of the proceedings, showing the vote of each member upon every question, or if absent and failing to vote, indicating that fact, and shall keep records of the committee's examinations or other official actions. The minutes of the committee and all other records of actions taken shall be filed forthwith, upon approval by the committee, in the office of the clerk and the same shall be public record.
