2.36.050 Officer selection.
   The officers of any committee created under the authority provided by this chapter shall be selected by the committee; provided that the mayor, with approval of the council, may remove any officer so selected. If an officer is removed, that person is no longer eligible to serve as an officer of the committee during his or her term.
