17.68.240 Approval made subject to conditions.

   In approving such permit, the approval shall be subject to a time limit and other conditions deemed necessary to assure that there will be no adverse effect upon adjacent properties. The conditions may include the following:

   A.   Regulation of hours;

   B.   Regulation of lights;

   C.   Requirement of bonds or other guarantees for cleanup or removal of structure or equipment;

   D.   Such other conditions deemed necessary to carry out the intent and purpose of this article.
