APPENDIX A LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE*
Sec. 10-68. Opening and closing of graves.
   The town shall not be responsible for the opening or closing of graves for any purpose, and the town shall not assume any financial responsibility for the opening or closing of graves.
