Each of the following sections from 6-2-1 to 6-2-28 inclusive, of this chapter shall be deemed to state a misdemeanor or misdemeanors, which if severally or jointly committed by any person or persons or corporation within the territorial jurisdiction of the City shall subject the offender or offenders severally to a penalty upon conviction, of not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense; provided, that, when more than one offense is stated in a section the offender thereof shall be liable to only one penalty.
