§ 158.170  UTILITY LOCATION AND EASEMENTS REQUIRED.
   (A)   At locations within the subdivision where utilities and drainage facilities are not to be constructed within public rights-of-way, the subdivider shall make provision for easements for such installations.
   (B)   Preliminary plats shall be submitted to the electric, gas and telephone companies for their input regarding utility easements.
