§ 156.41  SPECIMEN TREES OR TREES OF SPECIAL SIGNIFICANCE.
   The city may require that special measures be taken to preserve specimen trees or trees of special significance. The required measures may consist of higher poles, side arm extensions, covered wire or other means.
