Commercial tree trimmers and individuals who remove trees, limbs, brush and other landscaping waste for hire shall not deposit such waste on the property of the city. Commercial tree trimmers and individuals who remove trees, limbs, brush and other landscaping waste for hire which violate this section shall now be subject to punishment under the violation portion of this chapter. The fee schedule shall be as dictated in the enforcement section of this chapter. The enforcement section of this chapter is now incorporated into the depositing of tree-trimming, brush and other landscaping waste sections in this chapter.
