§ 153.28 CANOPY OR MARQUEE SIGNS.

(A) Signs mounted flush on any canopy or marquee shall be considered flush-mounted (wall) signs and shall meet the requirements of § 153.25 of this chapter.

(B) Signs suspended beneath a canopy or marquee shall be considered projecting signs and shall meet the requirements of § 153.27 of this chapter.
