§ 151.27  LOT SIZE.
   (A)   The minimum lot size for the location of an immobilized manufactured home unit shall be 6,000 square feet.
   (B)   All units shall be located in the city according to the requirements and restrictions of this chapter.
   (C)   They shall not exceed 40% coverage of the lot or the requirements of Ch. 159 of this code of ordinances, if any.
