§ 151.04  STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATIONS ADOPTED.
   (A)   The Manufactured Home Community Code, as approved by the state’s Department of Public Health (1998), is hereby adopted by the city.
   (B)   The applicable provisions as they pertain to manufactured home community shall be controlling within the corporate limits.
