§ 151.03  MANUFACTURED HOUSING ACT ADOPTED.
   The Illinois Modular Dwelling and Mobile Structure Safety Act being 430 ILCS 115/1 et seq. , as passed and approved by the state’s General Assembly are hereby adopted by the city, the applicable provisions as they pertain to manufactured homes and immobilized manufactured homes shall be controlling within the city.
