An itemized agenda, along with all necessary supporting documentation shall be furnished to each member of the Council no later 48 hours preceding the regular Council meeting. In the case of emergency matters, which could not have been reasonably foreseen in sufficient time to comply with this section, a revised agenda will be furnished to each member of the Council prior to the opening of the Council meeting.
